The LFS Training Centre provided management capacity to MSME banks. This was delivered to: Middle Management Development Programme – Development of business requirements for a Digital Field App -directed to Branch Managers and Heads of Departments Senior and Executive Management Development Programme – How to reflect on current challenges in regards digital transformation and prioritize (from a business growth and customer centricity perspective) digital related projects
The AccessHolding has a network of 8 banks (in 8 countries). LFS was commissioned to develop training materials and hold a workshop for 1) middle managers and, 2) senior / executive managers, this as part of AccessHolding’s Management Development Programme so as to enhance the management capability of AccessBank managers and to establish a high quality management standard across the network.
