Feasibility Study for the Establishment of a MSE Finance Subsidiary in a Commercial Bank

Our client was the country’s third largest commercial bank and owned by the government of Trinidad and Tobago. To serve the MSE sector in Trinidad and Tobago’s fast-growing economy, the client bank considered establishing an MSE finance subsidiary. For this purpose the bank commissioned LFS to compose a feasibility study and a business plan for the new subsidiary.
