Greenfielding: Comprehensive Capacity Building of an FI in Egypt

SANAD has commissioned LFS to support a company in its greenfielding MSME finance activities by providing management support during the launch and the expansion of the company, by supporting the company in HR development, capacity building, risk management and internal audit, as well as by assisting the company in the product development and the development and the implementation of operational policies. During the  initial pre-operational phase, the consultant is supporting the setup of the company with on-the-job coaching and staff training, followed by providing support in the development of key operational policies and procedures, loan products and a launch concept.
